You are about to be in blinding pain for potentially up to several weeks/months, without a strict regimen of Anti-Biotics. Do not combine anti-biotics with "Pain Killers" like Oxy. The Naproxen Sodium will control the swelling, reducing the pain. Salt Water will inhibit additional infectious growth. You're gonna swish that shit OFTEN. Listerine can suffice, but it WILL damage your mouth after a while.

Alternative: Go to an oral surgeon. You likely need a root canal. It will be several Hundred/Thousand dollars, or pay less and get the tooth pulled.

I will describe it in excruciating detail.

It was off white with some blood but that's because i hit a blood vessle. It came out like a runny cottage cheese like consistency. Smelled like poop, like actual poo very strong pungent odor. Mexican Dental care is mad cheap, I will agree, but if you live hella-north, or not in the US, it can be prohibitive to travel there for it.
