what are Austrian girls like?

Never been and only met one austrian so far who I lived with for a bit and I swear she was your typical hard working and resourceful european girl with the added bonus of having sterotyped blonde hair and a buxom figure, albeit a bit of a plain jane. So my irl experience so far has been ok. Might do the Orient Express one day so will stop by and say hello.

U-Bahn always 2 mins late, coffee is super fucking overpriced, too many cars, museums gouge you unless you buy the yearly ticket, everyone outside of Vienna are basically ignorant hill people, Austrian food is shit besides schnitzel, everyone is an alcoholic, everybody smokes, club entry has gotten too expensive, dog shit every 2m on the sidewalk, everything's closed on Sundays, the post is overpriced, forced to use amazon.de, forced to pay fucking sales tax on rent etc, same shit as in Germany but we pay more, salaries in my field are 1/2 what they are in the US, wait times at the doctor are too long, Kebab sucks compared to Germany. Tons more, too tired.

That being said, I moved to Austria from the US ~4 years ago and never plan on going back to that shithole country.

is Austrian food that much different from German food?

Maybe you would prefer somewhere like Northern Germany (Berlin, Hamburg, Bremen, etc.)

- 38.5hr work week
- summer hours
- 5 weeks paid vacation
- guaranteed paid sick leave
- free legal advice through the workers union
- organic/good quality food
- excellent infrastructure
- free education (I have to pay though...~$800/semester)
- full healthcare coverage
- Better-sounding German
- Great sense of (dark/cheeky) humor
- Melting pot of the surrounding European cultures
- Sincere people
- Great nightlife (every genre, only thing is that it starts really late...things pick up around 1am)
- Great nature/outdoor activities

Your experience would differ a bit but I've never once regretted moving here; I love the city, the country and the people so much more than anywhere else. OP why do you ask?

It's about the same except they don't screw up potato salad like the Germans - vinegar > mayo

Don't know much about the night life because I'm a nerd but living in vienna is great!

Any pretty von Salzburgers in need of based Chad waifu?

>nightlife starts late

Interesting, I thought bars closed early in Austria compared to Germany. What are some bars and clubs you like in Austria?

I'm curious because I might go to Vienna next year

RED TEAM REPRESENT YEET

Oh and a question I have about Austria (or at least Vienna), is the bar selection considerably different from German cities?
From looking on google maps, it looks like wine bars, cocktail bars, and some normie type pubs dominate Vienna's bar scene. While in Berlin it seems like there's more diversity, with all of the aforementioned, but lots of hipster type dive bars, sports pubs, and beer halls too. Berlin's selection seems more interesting, but I still want to go to Vienna.

grelle Forelle i can enjoy a lot

have you partied a lot in Germany too? if so, which would you say is better?

im an austrian. Me and the germans hate love each other. Berlin is quiet strange i dont like the mentallaty. I do like baviria but austrians drink much harder on the countryside. Vienna is a good city if you arnt a german speaking person.

Do you want to take xtc and go to clubs or chill on weed or just drink 3 beers? It makes a big difference
