there's this cheese thing that says it's cheddar, but doesn't take like cheddar, even other white cheddar that looks like it, that has these hot pepper flakes... man it was so good

If thats not it you can get abit close by buying a chilli grinder (not just flakes) and grind it into a softer cheddar while slightly warm.
