Advice to lucid dream?
don't be a hoe ass nigga
Not real grow up and move on out of this stoner ohase
There's an old gimmick that was used to explore lucid dreaming back in the old day. I forget who it was but it's detailed in Interp of Dreams.
Falling asleep in a chair comfy at night in a semi-dim room with a spoon in hand so when you fall asleep the it drops on a plate or something loud to wake you up, the point is to try to stay focused as you fall asleep to maintain the lucid dream.
If you fail, you just do it again. It's a bunch of practice so you can get into the habit quick and also kind of explore what you see.
The lucid dream only lasts a short time but it feels a lot long.
wanting to have lucid dream is a good start, try to remember as much details as possible of dreams. if you soke weed/drink alcoho stop it for one day before a long night/ try going back to sleep after you wake up
Lucid dreaming is real, it's not magic. Try it now. Close your eyes and imagine something. WONDERFUL YOU JUST LUCID THOUGHT. Now just do that while sleeping. It's nothing spectacular. It's not like an out of body experience, it's just like a normal dream but you can control it.
I hate when it happens and just wake up, after a bit it just becomes boring. I enjoy video games and difficulty, but obviously back in pre-1980s world of no video games or trippy videos it was the best way to explore the imagination.
at best you will remember your dream cause the spoon wakes you up but no need to focus for lucid dreaming.
Eat cheese before you go to sleep.
lol. must feel like existential emptiness having so little control/awareness of you subconscious mind
Lay in a dark room, relax, take deep breaths and listen to binaural beats.
Maybe not for you if you're use to it, but to get it started you need to focus to maintain control into the dream. My wife actually has a technique that she goes through a trigger for it that she thinks about what she wants to dream about first in what she says is like a staging area but when she figures out what she wants to dream about she thinks it up and then says something like 'lets do it' and gives up control and transfers from a lucid to a normal dream.
eat your own cum
Also yelling as you sleep helps.
get into a habit of randomly looking at your hand and asking yourself if you're dreaming until you subconsciously ask yourself that in your dream
Just keep at it. I don't recommend using physical instruments to train, just keep a journal and write down dreams the moment you wake up and keep it with you to record more details as they come.
I'm been dreaming with lucidity since I was very young but it took a lot of practice to get to the point where I'm virtually 100% self aware when dreaming. you might think this gets tedious, but it tends to just result in more detailed, vivid dreams.
I don't 'use' lucidity much anymore, it's become more enjoyable to just go with the flow and witness your choices instead of trying to make the dream your personal sandbox.
exercising lucid control will always risk pulling you out of the dream sooner, but if you get good at it you can make measured lucid decisions and maintain strong sleep and vivid detail in the dream. a lot of lucid dreaming is what you expect from it. if you want to fulfill fantasies, you're going to risk excitement and waking. if you want to make logical decisions as you would when awake while dreaming, that's more easily done.
did that work for you? I have doubts this is good advice. might work for you, but seems very specific. most people lose habitual behaviors in dreams
aytt good ive been recording my dreams every few week/months for the last 2 years. I used to do that very often, but now i just write them down when they really stick out. For example, i had my 3rd lucid dream yesterday, which felt super weird. i even dreamed about "the backrooms" for a bit in it, so i was kinda interested in going back to it
also i dont smoke or drink. been clear for like a year now
Asking Yea Forums for this is a terrible place, keep a dream journal, get good at meditating, have a regular sleep schedule, try listening to binaural beats (get some sleep headphones tho) working out might help a bit too. Also sleep on your back if you can, I remember seeing something that you can't really dream if your on your side, look at youtube video's for methods it's really hard to lucid dream without forcing yourself into one
>Asking Yea Forums for this is a terrible place
literally the only good advice from this comment...
Suck nigger dick in a yellow room
