I easy live in Michigan. If you think you can walk into a store and buy it right now you would be wrong. The rec system here is a complete mess. Tons of people don't want to pay tax on their bud not do they want to play inflated prices that cover huge facilities and outrageous salaries. You will always buy it cheaper on the street and with possession being legal there is very little risk to buying off the street.

You will eventually but the keep changing the requirements for those businesses in the state level. They literally disbanded the board in charge of issuing those business lid embed because they were so shut at it and replaced them with a new board system. Even if you can cut through the red tape at the state level then you have to deal with the individual municipality you want to do business in and that means basically bribing the city with enough money for them to give you their permission. Even when those are open the costs will be high and there will be a decent tax. A smallish home grower that grows good clean bud will always be able to undercut the legal market. I don't have to pay for a 10,000sqft facility and eight employees. I have no overhead other than the electricity and nutrients I need.

A 315w CMH but just from your question I can tell you haven't looked to in-depth into what growing actually will require. Get a good book on the subject and study up before you spend any money. Jorge Cervantes grow Bible is a good starting point for a new grower.

Rec isn’t available yet as far as I know. There might be a shop or two that’s been able to open but I don’t know about them then. Last I heard all the lisence grows couldn’t pass the state mandated pesticide and mold testing. Most of the people that got lisence are old street growers that don’t know how to grow without nasty chems.

It’s legal. I can stand on my porch and blow we’d smoke in a cops face. I’m saying that the behind the scenes process of getting legal weed onto a shelf is a complicated process which everyone is having problems with. Maybe by this time next year it will be widely available in dispensaries or you can just call me and get tested clean but far cheaper and not pay tax.

Splotches look like a deficiency in one of the immobile micronutrients. Manganese maybe. White spots are usually spider mites. Get a 30x or 60x microscope and look under the leaves for them.

Definitely not nitro toxicity. Leaves would be darker green and hooked down like a claw. Splotches are always deficiency.
