He's not. He's a U.S. president. Our government functionally prevents presidents from practicing actual fascism. In fact that's the whole point of our government and why it was set up in the first place. He might do things that you associate with fascism, but if you think he's an actual fascist or that we're now in some kind of fascist regime then you're crazy.

Tell ya what though, once he starts using the military to get rid of "fake news" or starts forcing congress and the senate to do what he wants, or starts nationalizing every aspect of our economy then I will agree that he is a fascist. Until then he's just an oaf.
