Why leave. I live in a place with fresh food, great wine, great beer, cheap land and 100 miles away from the beach, snow and forest. 300k a year goes a long way here. Why move to a place where I would make less? Fuck Texas or Arizona. I'm not taking a 30% pay cut for 200 more sq. I fucking live on a river five mins from a big lake. 100 acres lot. 3000sq house for 350k.
