Drink a lot of water that way you don’t eat as much food. Next eat nothing but turkey sandwiches and soups.
Last step, work out a lot. Do at least 1 hour of cardio each day. Wether they are sprints, jogging, even walking. And spend at least another hour lifting weights. I dropped like 25 pounds in a month by doing this.
I cant say no to food. fills me with good feels.

Also just stop taking in sugar in general, and you will guaranteed lose that much in less than three months even if you don't change any other habits. While I've never been a fatass myself, I've known several ex-fatasses who've taken this approach, and it works, period. Sugar intake is the entire reason you're as fat as you are in the first place.
But that's pretty much the only chance you have to lose fifty pounds that quickly without destroying your health. And I'm not talking "cut back on sugar", I'm talking legit cold-turkey that shit entirely, as in not a single bite of anything containing it, even the healthy stuff like fruit. If you backpedal for even one meal, all the work your body did up to that point to get used to functioning without it is going to go down the shitter, so no "cheating", no "rewarding" yourself, just straight up uncompromising diet change.
Go into every day with a fasting mindset, eat as little as possible, you will break the fast obviously because you're fat and weak minded, but over the span of 3 months you'll probably lose the weight if you try to not eat everyday, going 24hours without eating than eating a big meal is better than eating all fucking day everyday,
