my theory is that the only reason they're postponing the moon landing by humans is because the world war hasn't started yet. the fucked up thing is, they would only promise it for the the next window they think the war would actually be on so it will be an excuse to stop it.

the van allen belts are still the problem. the space station is nowhere near them. i think the war will actually include japan as an enemy. it's hard to believe but i have a weird feeling.

i mean, if we're supposed to land on the moon in 2024 with humans, big war will be the excuse that we don't to protect our lie.
