Pretty easy overall, and the quality of life perks (on-site gym, doctor, IM sports, cafeteria) are really nice. No one seems to get a raise because of it though so I'm thinking of gaining tons of experience and looking elsewhere in a few years.

But do you drive all day?

Where at / what state? I operate all equipment at my job and don't make more then $20/hr.

I'm going to try going line-haul so I'd just be bumping docks and dropping trailers at terminals all night. Worst case for them is that some of them get stuck doing a couple hours of dock work but most routes don't. I'd be making about $10/hr more for that dock work anyway.
