Children can look a little strange in the Sims 3, so I'd suggest downloading some sliders once Roperz' modball is installed and running correctly. The game can also be a little sparse on good clothes and hair, so those are worthwhile to look into. That's all easy enough to find via google.
There are more animation packages (I've got 28 installed) than what comes in the modball, but not all will be adapted to children. Those would be available at loverslab, mostly.

Yeah. You can whore out the kid and even make a brothel. I have a brothel file with 8 whores and one pimp. Each has a little room and the mod sends customers to the lot. Setting it up is a pain and the mod is a bit buggy, too, though. Pic is one of the girls.

Base game works. Certain features require certain expansions, though, and all expansions come with more objects and Create-a-Sim stuff for your children. Dogs, for example, require the Petz expansion while schools require... University, I think.

There is, but the animations are limited for even adults and conversions are a little awkward for children which makes positioning in the animation not align sometimes. I don't have a loli pic for those reasons, but here's an example.

The mod kind of sits over the game like its own expansion. It adds personality traits like "rapist" or "woohooer," moodlets like "Cum in Vagina" and "Horny," and skills in sex, exhibitionism, and bestiality. All these features work for the children, too. The mod can be a bit buggy, though.

I've still got my original game file from release, but it really depends on my mood. You can play however you want. I like to set up pictures, though, so I find myself trying to come up with neat scenarios for that. Between the mods and cheats, it's pretty powerful for that.
It really depends on my mood how often I play. The game takes a while to boot up, so quick faps need to be planned a little in advance.

The CAS is very powerful with mod sliders. You can pretty much make an exact replica of someone's face if you have the eye and patience for it. I'm not the best, so my wednesday is a little off, but I think it shows this off well enough.
Usually, I use the randomize feature in the CAS until it settles on something I like then tweak it to be better, though. Getting this sort of thing right takes a lot of time.

The biggest issue with children and facial accurate sims, though, is the age up system might turn them into a monster afterward. You can fix this manually or disable ageing, though.

Maybe one day the deep fakes tech will able to morph real pics into 3D models in games like The Sims. I can spend extra months inside of a game if a model is reminding me of someone. And your Wednesday looks great! By the way, what about sounds? Do the kids make realistic moaning?

The sounds kinda suck. I believe they're controlled by the animations, and there's not a huge soundbank to even pull from, so they tend to be really repetitive. The dog animation sex in particular is really annoying.
