The point of pride month is to be proud of the fact that it's ok to be "different" and celebrate progression of acceptance. the LGBT community has been oppressed and silenced for almost 2000 years despite homosexuality being completely normal. A lot of LGBT people try not to hypersexualize events and only a small minority actually go to these events like that.

When being who you are (because being gay is not a choice) has been demonized and persecuted for centuries, then yes, you absolutely take pride in being who you are without fear of being harmed because of it.

Every person has the right and should be proud of who they are. Not necessarily 'proud' in the sense of conferring a sense of accomplishment, but 'proud' in the sense of being unashamed of who they are. Its about being 'proud' to live their life, according to their will, in such a way that harms nobody else, without being persecuted and forced into hiding. Its celebrating with pride our equal status as human beings.

There's no such thing as natural law. There's no such thing as the way things are 'supposed' to work. There's no directive or purpose or reason in nature. There's only physics all the way down; from physics, chemistry. From chemistry, biology. From biology, evolution and man. And evolution only 'cares' about the perpetuation of species as a whole, with no concern for the individual. In this sense homosexual behavior is as natural as anything else; it is observed in every species of mammal.

There are no absolute morals, only personal preference, personal Will, and 'what works' given our physical laws.
