Habits are hard to break. But you can, trhough effort.
Put it as a goal for a week to not do any of those things. You might fail. If you do, that day is your new day one. Once you've made it through one week without, go another week. Then another. At some point, the habit is gone.

Not really. I mean driving home from work gets pretty scary late at night, and i constantly am seeing shit while i try to sleep but thats about it.
I can feel myself slipping away and i want it to stop though. Every day i become more seperated. Perhaps i should go back on my meds.
My friends and I have recently started on the keto diet. Some of my friends got chubby before and it made them want to change. I am a skinny fuck but I still made the switch because it helps you think more clearly and feel better. I wake up in the morning feeling great, I have tons of energy and my poops never require more than one wipe. If you feel like shit all the time look into ketosis and the keto diet. All meat and veggies and fruit, 20g of carbs max daily. Your body burns fat super quickly and you feel am immediate change in your biochemistry. I think it's how we ate as cavemen and that's why it feels so good.
