With your best friend/someone you trust. Social settings/parties are ok on mdma but from my experience being 1 on 1 or with 2 of your pals is the best ever.

don't think about getting dehydrated too much if you're not on a rave or a party dancing a lot.
there's actually a lot of cases where people drink wayyyy too much and end up getting hospitalised.
unless you're tripping major balls, you should be fine with like 2 liters of water max...
it's fun when alone, but when with a bunch of people it's a fucking blast. socialising is suddenly easy as fuck and talking to people is extremely natural and easy (and most of the time dumb as shit)
