Of course not, because it would make you miserable knowing you did such an awful thing. People who would be able to do so are a significant minority. The happiness that money could bring you is far outweighed by the sadness doing something so evil would bring.
For most this is an inherently moral way of looking at the world. Helping others and making them happy makes me happy, therefor I should do that. That is the most common way people are wired. We all take from others but we also try our best to give back when possible. Unfortunately for us to live in luxury there needs to be a little 10 year old Chinese boy working in a sweat shop or some chickens being effectively tortured to bring us accessible meat. We work hard to get around those things with automation and lab grown meat because it makes us happy, but in the time before that the happiness we get from their sacrifices is more valuable than the happiness we get from helping them.

8 hours is a long time, it's a third of the day, without taking into account commuting time and the time you spend doing your own chores. It's a lot of time, and I think if we had more free time people would be happier.

I just started working.
My first job was dish washing for a year. Some communication, but not a lot, not enough to be challenging, enough rote repetition to be simple, and you are EXPOSED to people enough that you start developing social skills by osmosis. Then I became a line cook. A little more social skill needed. Not much more, just a little more exposure.

Eventually, I got over it as I got jobs that require more and more social positions.

I just want to get Criminal Mastermind challenge on GTA 5 for PC Doomsday Heist 3 man and 4 man challenge, but literally there are no good players with mics.

Most kids with mics are trashy modders who I refuse to play with. Also there is a glitch where you lose progress even if you do everything perfectly so you are forced to try again over and over - Rockstar refuses to acknowledge the glitch.

It's called the progress reset glitch.
