Not a math fag but it’s a bit obvious. If we’re only counting the last two digits, then there are 10 sets of dubs you could get out of 100 possible combinations. Whereas if you aim to get 69, there is only 1 possible set out of 100 combinations. The odds for trips must be the other way on the number line, because there are only 10 sets of trips per every 1000 possible combinations.

So, I think it’s safe to say that:
Odds of getting dubs are 1 to 10
Odds of getting 69 are 1 to 100
Odds of getting trips are also 1 to 100
Odds of successfully navigating an asteroid field are approximately 3,720 to 1.
