in ER atm had shortness of breath earlier and wonky heart rate. been sitting here for hours get treated like dogshit because i am anxious and distrusting. i am kind of a vagabond in that i have no place to live but I sleep at peoples houses. i have been on state disability for 10 months and itll run out soon. i have gallstones that are causing pain. kidney stones that arent. stage 1 heart dysfunction. i have strangely low blood sugars and other symptoms suggestive of a connective tissue disease. i have basically zero exercise tolerance and am severely underweight. All this started after i took some shit antibiotic called cipro years ago. i have been through the ringer with docs first telling me theres nothing wrong when i felt ortherwise and at this point a lot is wrong but they dont do anything about it, cept the gallstones they will want to remove it zZz. i am scared i might die from the surgery given they have no clue of the origin of half my symptoms. i have lost mostbof my irl friends and even online i have lost contact with most. i just distract myself with vidya as much as i can but with the gallstone pain it is gettin real hard to stay calm. so yeah im doin fine
