Hi, I'm conducting a survey for personal purposes. Can you please write your political affiliation (republican/democrat) and religion?
Thanks!

I'm going for the neutral run this playthrough. That must be why I like traps.
The important thing is that you found a way to feel superior to both sides.
Or you just spend too much time on Yea Forums
atheist republican here.
Don't have a preferred party, protestant
To be fair, picking sides on religion or politics is pretty fucking retarded. If you believe in a god just because your parents did, you don't likely actually believe in the god so much as the tradition; it's just blind acceptance. If you vote for a politician based only on his affiliation, you're not really voting on the individual or his policies; you're voting for sense of identity with some vague overarching policy thrown in there as an afterthought.
I'd respect someone more who said they were either conservative or liberal, because that's not choosing a side by default (e.g. I know many conservatives who did not vote for Trump, and many liberals who are appalled by AOC). As a rule, I don't respect progressives or the alt-right, because those are just newer teams that are militantly opposed to everyone that is not them.
As far as the religious, I generally respect those that have genuine individual beliefs-- the other rout ends up creating zealots who end up destructive to everyone else.
I have no ill will toward political or religious people. I find those subjects interesting to talk about and rarely talk down to anyone when doing so. Unless they're ideologues, then I don't really give a fuck. They don't partake in civil dialogue, anyway.
TL;DR: Identitarian groups and ideologies are retardedly destructive to society and I want no part of them. If that means I come across as 'superior to others', so be it.
Republican and non religious.
Religion kind of is blind acceptance, dawg
Mostly agree with you on everything else, but this thread alone tries to categorize you into two sides and if I had to choose it would probably be the latter, because they've shown to align with my ideals way more.
Socialist. panthiest/agnostic
Far right wing, atheist. Was raised by libtard Christians
Socialist/Pescatarian
Republican athiest
>Religion kind of is blind acceptance
That's my problem with it, in general. But if an individual makes a choice to believe, I have no issue with it. If those beliefs are coerced, or used as a tool to hold power over others, I have a problem with it.
I have no problem with most religious philosophies. There are many good messages mixed in there-- the West owes its focus on individuals and natural rights mostly to Christianity. So I have a general respect for religion, and those that are individually religious. I just am not personally religious because I can't ever get past the necessity of blind faith, and the completely ingrained contradictions.
