I don't get why you guys and the people from the furry threads don't go to /trash/. These kind of threads are way more popular there and since /trash/ is slower than Yea Forums you wouldn't need to keep bump the thread every minute to stay relevant.
The only downside would be getting banned for posting loli-like pokemon, but since mods almost never lurk /trash/ that shouldn't be a big problem.
There are threads for straight, gay and human pokeporn.
There's even a pokemon drawthread.

1) Firstly, this is where we've been historically. This is *the* Pokemon Box. Yea Forums is our home. Some of us have been here for years. It wouldn't be the same anywhere else.
2) Related to the previous point, people know to look for us here.
3) I don't like the /trash/ community very much. Box threads here are very comfy
4) It's not really a matter of bumping every minute just to stay at the top of the page. I have a queue of images that are automatically posted every 45 seconds plus whatever upload delay.
5) I prefer these threads to be temporary. It's not a matter of speed. I start at 9:30pm EST, and the thread usually image caps at 11:30pm EST right at that moment. Then I sleep, wake up, go to my desk job. It's part of my routine
6) We never ever have an issue with mods. I have never once been banned, and frequently post "loli-ish" Pokemon such as Kirlia, Mawile, and Braixen.
This is the place where I like to be, and I have a right to it equal to anyone else.

Just a different feel. Yea Forums feels right. There's lots of regulars here and I know them. Keith, Susan, Ethereal, bumpfriend, Mr. user, sometimes even Dash or Feralfag (much as I loath him.) That one artist who's name I always forget but sometimes shows up here.

I've been fixing stuff yeah. Fixed the pool pump, and brought the pool water back from being a green swamp. Now waiting on a spare fuse to arrive in the mail to fix the spare microwave, and a whole host of other stuff to fix too.
Still pretty bored though, and I have 6+ more weeks of this until class again. RIP
