I've no problem with any of that, not personally. I'm pro-choice as well. Hell, I'd like polygamy to be legal so two of my wives can enjoy some married legal rights as one of my wives already do.
Everyone should be able to arm themselves, even ex convicts. Only the certified insane, incarcerated and disabled are denied the right to bear arms by our Constitution. So all faction can and SHOULD be armed. All the bullshit is happening because too many are a disarmed child. You're not an adult until you are armed and willing to kill to defend yourself and yours.
By being willing to kill, you reduce violence significantly. Look into Kennesaw and what happened there.
