What do you think about women in the police force?

she can violate my rights any day

Useless.

i'd let her search my cavity

About as expendable as a motorcycle cop

someone has to clean up the stations and get coffee for the police working at their desks, so i think it's a good thing

Since when are motorcycle cops expectable?, here ΔΙΑΣ are considered crack units

I think I want to know what the inside of her shoes smell like.

I don't mind it, so long as they have to pass the exact same tests as the men.

I feel bad for the ones who have to monitor my porn surfing.

they arent smart and where im from most know less about the law from me. arresting people for shit like using videocameras in public.

this

only the ladies do that? you know more about the law than someone that is trained to enforce it daily?

When Greece had socialism the requirements used to be the same, until 2017 when the fags at the EU court decided that having the SAME standards was discriminationary for women!

I worry about them. Properly trained women shoot very well, but weapon retention and hand to hand combat... I have serious doubts. A very few women can become as tough as the average man but it takes years of actual sparring and working out with almost perfect discipline.

I dunno I guess we have to have female cops I just worry about them

useless but hot

I mean there is a lot of bureaucracy in police force, so maybe they can take care of that

I don't have a problem with them as long as they are measured in the same standards as men, some women have guts

End-of-academy tests don't really tell you how someone is going to do in a real fight or if they get punched in the face. If you show me a male and female officer who both met the same standards, I am still going to be able to beat up the woman and take her gun (whereas I might not be able to do the same to the male).

The trouble with women as police is that they lower their standards to get women police. Biggest problem isn't gender its size. Lowering height restrictions is what has ultimately led to the change in police culture to become more lethal. Big is more intimidating on its own and calm intimidation tends to deescalate counter aggression. Small is less intimidating and so overcompensates by being more aggressive. Aggressive attempts at intimidation escalates counter aggression. 6'2" 270 lbs you might think twice regardless of man or women. while 5'4"" 140 lb barking orders is just an invitation for a punch in the face, man or woman

Eh, I don't find tall women intimidating. Women are physically weak dude. Testosterone is a hell of a drug.

Good we can steal

I am talking about height and weight requirements

Same way I feel about any profession. So long as she does it because she enjoys it, rather than "girl power, anything a man can do...." I'm fine.

Not tall and willowy. Big. There are some big/athletic girls out there but small percentage of women. But not even getting to differences in physicality for which some women could make the grade. I'm talking psychology Bars or dog parks its all the same. A long as he holds himself confidently the big guy commands more respect without the need for aggressive display. In a bar who's the one usually lipping off to the bouncer? Its either a guy who match's in size or a dude who's staring into his chest. Go to the dog park. The pony sized dogs are usually calm as can be and its the purse dogs that act like their going to be ripping throats any second.

>you know more about the law than someone that is trained to enforce it daily?
Anyone who isn't a retard does. Beat cops aren't detectives or lawyers

I am a card casting lefty, but I fully agree with this one, because while I consider myself to be very outspoken on the topic of equal opportunities, I also find that people on both sides of the aisle misunderstand what is a problem and what is not.

>Prejudice
A problem. Pre-judgement is unfair, unethical and a bad idea.

>Discrimination
Not necessarily a problem as you've demonstrated with that post. I think people hear the word discrimination and instantly assume that discrimination cannot have a positive impact. In fact other uses of the same root word have a very different sense. 'Discriminating' as a noun is about being carefully selective. This is the Libby on which I agree with you. Maintaining a requirement for height that discriminates (selects out) most women is not prejudiced, the preemption is removed. It is merely judiced. Height being an important part of the role of police as you stated, it is not unfair to require it.

I just want you and others reading to know that not everyone on the left is ignorant of the distinction.

Card carrying*

This is the point on which*

Fuck me I'm losing hard to auto correct tonight.

Women have the right to be just as useless as men when it comes to law enforcement. They like donuts and driving around all day trying to find good places to hide their squad cars to keep from doing anything too ya know.

Left and right don't mean a lot to me, PASOK(Panhellenic socialist Party) supported the same requirements for both genders and had the motto"Greece belongs only to the Greeks"

Just taking consideration for the faggots and trans-faggots that don't like them to be called secretaries. Fuck all of you.
