This isn't Revenge of the Nerds. Stop obsessing over Jocks vs Nerds vs Preps etc. Once you grow up, you'll realize anyone can live the life of a jock or a nerd. It's more about the clothes you wear and what you talk about than you as a person.

I was in the nerd "camp" in highschool but later in life became best friends with a lot of the "jocks" I thought were bullying me (but were actually just trying to get me to stop acting like such a faggot). A lot of them also turned out to be addicts/criminals and NEETs still living with their parents. The same can be said about every HS stereotype group. It's almost like they're all just people.

also like the other user said, having sex as a teenager is cool and I'd recommend it, but it's not the end of the world if you don't have it. It's more about the thrill of doing something forbidden than being "good sex". You'll only find good sex later in life, in college at the earliest (and even then it will probably suck because you'll be fucking on uncomfortable cumstained dorm beds while being yelled at by your roommate about how he needs to study).
