Used to be Benson & Hedges smoker but Australian taxes made them almost $25 USD a pack here (Australia). I found that the menthol gave me a bit of a stronger rush but it depends on the person; Some people like the convertible ones so they can get a minty hit right at the end for uhh "fresh" breath.

It was about the same in Greece too. Their % of adults that are smokers is insane. TBH in Australia the amount of smokers is absolutely plummeting as packets approach 40 bucks a pack.

I smoked a pack or more a day for over a decade. Haven't smoked in 3 months. Don't even think about or crave cigs anymore. Cravings would usually be when I get super pissed about something. I am pretty much over them.
The honest truth is, I don't feel better at all. I don't breathe better, or have better strength, endurance or stamina. I am not more or less of an asshole and no one has ever brought anything up about it.
Well, at least I *might* not get cancer as soon as everyone else inevitably will?

Never could get into the habbit of smoking regularly, but if I go on a couple of weeks hard partying and just need a breather in between, I usually smoke these delicious babes.

If you've smoked for that long, it'll take a long time for your body to get back into a state where it feels better.
I'd say by the end of 6 months you're going to feel incremental differences but you gotta capitalise on them. Take advantage of a relative freedom you have to work out more and generally live a healthier life.
The biggest issue for a time frame that long is that the differences are going to be realllllly small along the way that you might not immediately notice. But its worth it user, keep up the good work.

Smoked for about 20 years and honestly did notice some improvements. And drawbacks. No more coughing, no lung oysters, gf enjoys kissing me now. But also put on a out 40lbs and haven't been able to drop it. I'll probably still get the cancer though, knowing my luck.

I used to smoke newports (Niggatine is the best nicotine) but now use a juul and am very glad I made the change

I have noticed VERY less "cold lung" in the morning, at least that is what I and friends/family called it. Coughing and hacking after getting out of bed. Still have trouble breathing at night when trying to go to sleep. Kind of sporadic. I can't breathe at all when laying down, only manually on my own until I eventually just fall asleep.

Seneca Blue Kings. Not the most quality tobacco, still buy Camels pretty often. Get a few cartons of the Senecas every time I pass through on the NY Thruway though. Well worth $25 bucks a carton.
