Strange, I knew someone who had that, but they just severed the frenulum, and it took care of it. I guess that's for more severe cases. That's what I was saying
The face looks pretty undisturbed besides that one separation.
You're probably right to be honest. I always assumed it was a trauma fracture but doing a dig into it this is probably a medical procedure to correct deformed facial structure.
