The worst conflict I've ever had with a Mexican was a dude in school who bullied me because we liked the same girl, when the girl told him he was disgusting and to leave her alone forever he gave up and congratulated me. He just wanted what I had, that was it, he made no secret of it and gave up when it went out of his reach.
Meanwhile I have been harassed extensively, sometimes for hours, by blacks I don't even know. The black male response to being told off by that girl would be to slap her around until her nose bled and then double down on harassing me.
