It feels so good when they start learning your routines and stuff. Kaiser knows when we are supposed to go on walks and at around 3 every day if I'm home he'll be sitting next to his leash or even tugging at it.

how is Kaiser around other dogs and people?
my puppy is doing really good at the dog park so far but sometimes growls at small dogs like pugs and chihuahuas, he's my first male dog so I try to socialize him as much as I can before he hits puberty

Kaiser is super dominant. If any other dogs try to be the cool dude he gets salty, but he's able to establish himself as the boss super easily. He definitely does much better with other large dogs, and he does great with females, but males are a bit iffy. My friend's St. Bernard mix and him are super good buds, and he's not neutered either.
With people, he's protective of the house, but after like 5 minutes of him warming up to you he'll be flopping over onto your lap wanting to be pet. He borks at everything that gets close to the lawn, but he's super friendly once he realizes that he can get pets and treats from you.

has he always been dominant? I always wonder if having regular sexual release mellows dogs out or make them more dominant. My old girl grew noticably more confident of herself after she started boning and would bark and snap at other males trying to dominate her instead of putting up with them, but otherwise stayed extremely friendly and playful.

Yeah he's always been dominant with other males but mind you, I had him for 4 years before being sexual with him was even an idea, so when he started fucking his behavior didn't change much, if anything he was more mellowed out. At first, he was a little more humpy and licking my leg all the time, but that lasted less than a few days as I made sure he knew not to do that shit, then he went back to normal. He used to go crazy with other dogs and try to hump them, but after he started getting some ass, he mostly stopped. Only time he tries to hump other dogs is if she's in heat.

Just be extremely subtle. Most people would never guess you'd be banging your dog. And it's really hard. Part of being a zoo is just spending time with your dog anyway, so I personally just focus on that. The risk outweighs the benefit in most cases unfortunately. Maybe one day, when it becomes legal, it'll be possible to at least talk about it in the open.
