It will likely never happen. If anything it's far more likely that far left and far right wing extremist groups will attack their enemies in manners similar to Christchurch. 90% of the public will do absolutely nothing and be complacent with the rampant beaurocracy and gridlock going on with their political leaders (unless of course it's too restrict they're rights because of "muh safety") while verbally encouraging a civil war without actually doing anything.
Unless people have their homes, families and livelihoods being threatened on a massive scale, no one will care about the minor left vs right political scuffle that they perceive as a just random acts of terror.
