not really, plenty of women have big feet, most big brand stores in the uk go up to size 9 and theres articles about more women being 10 or above.
I dunno if you're trans or crossdressing but the best thing to keep in mind is not do things that bring more attention to the features you don't want to. Bright vibrant colours defintely don't help, they can look nice but going from the top pic it makes all those things i listed above really noticable
