There is a much higher rate in male suicides than females. There is a large number of girls who do it for attention and that is the reason these pictures exist. But I still don't understand self harm whenever I get really depressed I only think about suicide. Self harm only makes shit worse

I'm a guy and I've been cutting since I was like 14. I'm 27 now. The difference is that I don't do it super often and when I do I either do it in a place that nobody can see it or make it look like an injury I got at work (I work construction).
Last time was about a month ago but I got a bit carried away and went down to the muscle. Probably should have got stitches but I can't afford it so fuck it.
