Honestly it depends. Nipples usually darken and breasts usually enlarge during the pregnancy. However, the majority of women go back to normal with slight changes. Sometimes the nipples stay darker. Sometimes the breasts even get smaller. It's really up in the air. But most of the things I've seen is that nipples stay a little darker, areolas get a bit bigger, and they go up a cup or so
