The section starting on page 135 of part 1 of the Mueller report describes how Manafort shared polling data with a Russian spy and how Muellers team could never get to the bottom of that (because Manafort lied under cooperation agreement.....because Trump tampered his testimony.)

This to me is the most serious obstruction of justice detailed in the report because it did materially impact the investigation and glaringly so. We still don't know why Manafort shared that polling data with a Russian spy.
