Yeah I've done some high doses of mushrooms and lsd and I can say from experience that it sucks when you over do it but when I'm having a bad trip there comes a point when you just have to tell yourself that it's gonna be okay and there is no going back. Trips usually go well when you go in the direction the trip wants to take you in
