remove your testicles, with the added bonus of removing your defective balls from the gene pool.

So THAT'S what that is.
And here I thought I had ballcancer.

yeah i thought so too, until i looked into it a lot more extensively

Well thanks for the info, now I gotta look that up too.

its completely benign in 80% of cases or something like that
in other cases it can cause infertility

Don't worry, my face already took care of my chances at procreation.

Holy shit this is what the I’ve been trying to figure out, I went to the doctors and he said they was nothing wrong but I was getting dull and sometimes sharp pains and it would hurt like a mother fucker if I accidentally pulled it a bit

yeah same with me, doctor just said not to worry about it

I have it in one ball sack and was told I wouldn't have children due to it.... Guess doctor was wrong lol

I thought I had ball cancer because there were these tiny tiny red specs in my semen, turns out it was just the toilet paper which had different coloured specs all over it that were basically invisible at a quick glance. Turns out I have a varicocele bois

They wanted to give me a scan but I turned it down I got to worried , don’t know why. But now that I’ve got a 95% chance of knowing what’s up with my bollock I’m gonna go back to the doctors and see if I can get it sorted. I want kids and I can’t take that risk of infertility. Thank you OP

Epididymitis. Feels like the same thing. Thought I had cancer since I felt a lump behind my nut inside the sack.

You should definitely atleast get a scan if you can afford to

Interesting, I went to a dr (one ive known my whole life) and he said nothing was wrong, might be an infection and gave me antibiotics that didnt do shit.
Sounds like a similar situation, I really dont know how to handle it. It goes away sometimes for a couple weeks or even months and then comes back, had it for a little over 2 years now, hoping its not gonna be a popped hernia.

From my doctor I heard that the procedure can also result in infertility, may have heard that wrong though

its hard to know if theres an issue with this because sometimes it isnt that noticeable

This is common from what i noticed.
Many of my friends had a surgery for it lol gladly i don't have it. It causes pain and flawed blood stream to the balls which causes overheating and bad quality semen. It's surgery is simple they just cut a vein or tie it or something i don't really remember.

theres a few procedures they can do
one is they just cut your sack open and fuckin slice it off
the other is that they go in with a laser and basically burn it i think

I have it and didn't get it treated. Seems to be getting worse. Feels like I have a hernia too

OP here
mine looks like its getting worse too, i dont think i can afford the procedure though

Go get a testicular ultrasound, blood draws, hormone screening, and sperm analysis.
Worth every penny user.(400$ in Texas)

had a wire implanted and it halfed the swelling size
had the option to get it fully removed, but it's complicated and could end up with a dead nut so guess i'm living with it

I’m from England bro, I know I’m stupid for not getting it done but like I said I just got worried with the whole scanning thing but I’ve got over that now, I do regret not doing it sooner but imma get up there tomorrow( if I can get an appointment anyway)
Yes exactly this with me, thankfully I haven’t had any pain for like a month, I’m being extra careful with showering and that, cause when I you pull it it seems like you’ve ripped your ball pipe
I’m ready to take that risk tbh, I don’t want to deal with this anymore I’m good with a little cut tbh, glad to hear that

Did anyone else have to look up the word "tortuous"?
