Someday I'll wish upon a star, wake up where the clouds are far behind me.Where trouble melts like lemon drops, high above the chimney tops. That's where you'll find me. Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high.

Listen to this every day at work. I'm a grill cook and it helps with the stress of the job.
That song makes me cry
Please rate my friend's feet?
She's really cute and skinny.
At what playcount do you think people will start to think it's your soundtrack to shooting up the place?
I prefer the original version more.
fuck off
Please don’t make me tear up
How is grilling stressful?
1 hit wonder. All his songs literally sound the same.He just got lucky the song fitted his way of singing.
Wouldn't that fuck with the dams and reactors. and what about fairs and carnivals. ski trips. mountain resorts with the pods.
This.
so? its a great song
Just giving an opinion on an artist song is good tho.
It's not exactly burger flipping.
Run upstairs, shovel up 16 gallons of ice from a machine, put it into an icebox, take it back downstairs.
Then clean off the grill from the previous guy's use.
Get everything you need for the day (stock up a freezer, slice your peppers and onions and etc)
Grill some 90 burgers (to deal with most of the rush)
Make pizzas
Defrost, season, grill chicken.
...
I'm missing a few things but you get the point. Now, that's all in the first hour. You work for 10 hours.
That does sounds like a lot of work.I can see your pain and suffering.
I actually switched to this song because I used to sing/listen to Men Of Harlech and people began looking at me worriedly after a few months.
Yeeet, thanks. I'm trying to head to EMS. I'm literally the only guy running the restaurant (aside from the cashier) because almost everyone has either left or been fired.
Even the paramedics I know are telling me my job looks stressful, so I wanna head that way. Long periods of chill with short periods of adrenaline and action.
Kek.Is the restaurant like going to close?
Nah, the boss is just an absolute prick but gives me raises and a couple of bonuses often enough. He outright fired a mom of four, a Vietnam vet, and a supervisor we'd had for 8 years for literally no reason one day. They'd been eating food out of the dishroom (stuff we're about to throw away) and he considered it stealing.
But I made 1,400 in a check when I was supposed to make 640 once. So I stay.
He'll start hiring more people soon,
That's how a lot of contemporary hawaiian music is. There are some other good ones I like though. Also, when the lyrics aren't understandable, the melodies, especially in slack key structure, play on a lot of the same or similar progressions. Also, Soles and Polynesians and stuff just judge singing quality by how well you can float notes so that's another reason iz is popular. The classic soulful falsetto. I grew up with this guy's music so I have a heavy nostalgic bias. I realize that the main reasons I listen to him other than those factors are that they are so ridiculously hawaiian that I find them funny. E.g. Hawaiian Supa Man by Iz
