If you fuck around and go psycho on either of those drugs, you probably had serious underlying mental health conditions to begin with. The exception to this being, once you hit like 5+ days of no sleep in a meth binge, shit will start to get really fuck. Paranoia and hallucinations creep in. That's why I try to get at least a tiny bit of sleep, and a tiny bit of food in me when I'm binging. Even if I have to force it. Benzos are real good for getting a little sleep when over amped too

And I've never went more than 3 days on one go, I only do coke, and that doesn't keep you up for a week so I mixed some of that bitches' speed into my coke. But with coke, when you stop, you're a sleep 1 hour later. On speed you're still awake for like 20 hours.
And I drink WAY too much to take benzo's. Here in the Netherlands, and I believe in the EU as well we don't take medication as recreational drugs.
