Just find something that is low kcal enough to fill you, i use mushrooms, 30kcal per 100g, i eat til i'm completely stuffed. Tomatoes are 25kcal per 100g, Cabbage is 30kcal per 100g.

Burn more calories than your body stores from your diet. You can either eat the same and exersize more, or eat fewer calories, or both. It's super simple. You'll probably be hungry at first, which sucks, but it's literally the only way. Best if you eat lots of veggies with higher nutrient to calorie ratios. Personally I love snacking, like constantly munching on something. So what helped me was switching what I snacked on. Instead of chips I'll munch on snap peas, or instead of candy I'll eat a red pepper or an apple. It's not the same at first but when you get used to it your body will change what you crave.

Ate like 1kg of tomatoes, 200g och mushrooms and 200g of cabbage today, fried up the mushrooms and cabbage separately
Added two diced bell peppers(30kcal per 100g) to the cabbage, then when everything was fried enough,(used a small amount of olive oil, 885 kcal per 100g so use the minimum amount you can get away with) i added it together in a pot with soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, black pepper and bell pepper powder + some honey that has fermented with garlic.
Then served 1/3 of that with around 500g of diced tomatoes and some lime juice over it

Not a diet, but really effective: try intermittent fasting. I do 18/6 IF. You basically eat for 6 hours then fast for 18. It's rough the first week, but your body adapts and you get used to it relatively quickly. You basically just skip breakfast and stop eating after dinner. Make sure you only drink water when fasting though, no Gatorade or flavoured water, not even chewing gum. Like I said, it's hard in the beginning but you'll adapt.
Doing this helps your body burn stored fat rather than relying on incoming energy sources. Eat healthy and experience as well and you'll see proper results within just a few months.
