Just off the top of my head in no particular order here are a few movies I know for a fact I have seen more than 5 times. For reference I am 28, so some of the movies were definitely rewatched in my youth:

Bladerunner 2049 (hate the original, I know its a sin)
The Matrix
The Fifth Element
Ironman
The Dark Knight / Rises
Mulan
Hercules
Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers

Ironically I think the movie I have watched the most is The Dark Knight Rises. I had a phase one summer where I just kept it on, on repeat. But the Matrix is the reason I got into the industry. The movie changed my life and how I watched movies.

The Highwaymen on netflix was really good! The brushed over the fact they literally massacred Bonnie and Clyde with out real cause... BUT still good
