Med Fag needed.
I have a moderate sized lump under the skin on my forearm. It's very firm and I can move it under the skin a bit. It itches sometimes but hardly and there are no bite wounds. I know the obvious answer is cancer but what are the other possibilities this could be. Cancer is the last thing I need in my life and I'm hoping for anything else. Sorry I can't provide a picture of it. Much appreciated help

describe really well where on the forarm
the colour of the node
surrouding tissue colour
border to the surrounding skin
on touch how does it feel like (rough, smooth, hard, etc)
how long has it been there
did it change shape

No meds and I'm a musician so nothing I can think of. It's firm and smooth with no noticeable color difference. It's in the middle of my forearm on the side. Thanks for being useful m8

Most likely a lipoma (fatty tumor), I have one on my forearm too. If it’s not painful/annoying you can leave it alone.

how long have you had it? I've had something like that on my right forearm for like 20-something years now, once it appeared enough for me to notice it hurt a bit because it was putting pressure on a vein or nerve, but as I grew it stayed the same and never hurt again unless I slammed my arm into something
