I will say as much as I legitimately do not try. These threads are generally the only time I ever draw, and I've never pushed myself into studying art further than the basics. Besides that, just because I can push back on these so aggressively, and with a modicum of salt doesn't make me stupid, it just makes me worthy.

The ear should be lower (top: middle of eye, bottom: bottom of nose). The arm holding the phone should be out a little more, because it's in an awkward position. Try doing the pose yourself and see how it feels. A little awkwardness is fine for those "artisy" poses, but for casual ones, people won't force themselves to feel weird for daily life poses. Your proportions, given your style accounts for larger heads and shorter shoulder width, are really nice. You tend to nail those. >clothes I think you should practice these a bit more. Clothes rarely stick to the frame. So, for example, the sides of the jacket. Mostly the left side should be more straight until it would naturally hit the hips. Then it would bend there. You could work on folds a little too, but youre usually pretty alright at that. >coloring Your coloring, I feel, is where you need to improve the most. Read a little into color theory so you understand what colors to pick a bit more. Try to think in values and keep general tones consistent (nothing too bright, and nothing too dark. Minus special things where it's okay). Coloring in colored pencil can be tricky, but you should try to color following the form of the item. Or, make sure all the coloring is done in the same direction. Practicing hatching helps you understand this a bit more. It's distracting to see all the coloring go in different directions seemingly without reason. However, when practicing hatching, you'll learn that it's okay in specific instances, but you typically still follow the figure's form when you do so. You could work on your line work a little more too, but I'll give it to you that it's clean.
