egg wrap, some kinda lunch at work (restaurant i can have whatever), usually some kind of pasta at night
Smoothie for breakfast. Spinach base and other fruits I had around. Added some protein powder.
Also had a multi grain sandwich with grilled chicken, bacon and tomatoes.
Might have some chicken tacos for supper.

this varies day to day, but:
usually "something" with pasta (wholewheat)
risotto
and once a week: curry of some sort
I don't drink anything but water during the day
I try to keep my intake of processed sugar, salt and other processed food to an absolute minimum

i don't have a physically demanding job, no.
i work in an office 6 days a week as a dba.
Not enough calories to support an active lifestyle. I doubt that's even the bare minimum of 2000kcal, and certainly devoid of vital nutrients like potassium and fiber.
