Organize things by section. It's not clear what reference is supposed to be the main one (the one artists should focus on for the character's looks). The text describing physical traits should be besides these. Personality traits should be the next section. Then any specific poses you want needs to be sectioned off and labeled "poses" or something. This is so people do not confuse these with references and create character inconsistencies. The more references, the better as well. Front, back, side, dick, butt, etc. And putting it all onto one image is best.

For example, you have one almost good hair reference. But a dick is blocking a portion of the hair. The other hair refs are at poor angles. Still probably do-able, but difficult to use. The dick refs aren't as specific as they could be, because it's not certain which dick to use. The clothes need to be a full body reference or at least grab IRL clothing images and list them down. The images should be larger as well. Create a balance between text size and image size, letting images be a little bigger. Keep text as minimal as you can. You can get lengthy if you're commissioning someone, but for free requests? People aren't going to care for that much. Especially here. Artists work with visuals more than writing. You also aren't organizing your sections in a good order. They're still all over the place. They are separated from a line, sure, but I find my eyes going all over the place. Unsure of where I should be looking. I'd maybe suggest commissioning someone to make you a proper reference sheet.
