o, my bad, what i meant by silhouette was uhhhhh, basically, simplify the tail, get rid of all the strands and details, and draw a big lump, and then add the strands, following that big lump's direction, perhaps

I want t get into the business too, but it's a business where you need to have solid time and money first. BJDs can also be stupid expensive... Someday we'll be cool doll makers/modders... And yeah this. The first time will never be perfect, but you won't ever get better unless you try. I occasionally buy stupid cheap dolls and paint on those as practice. I'm not using the nice tools or anything, but it's fun and gets me more familiar with the craft just a little.
