There's literally nothing wrong with engaging in sexual activity with your dog. Animals think along a more primal sense, and if the both of you are able to satisfy each other's desires and curiosities, then that's a good thing.
I think the purple is a little too strong, but it looks fine? I think I would have made the tail and paws black for simple consistency? And the strong flash/light kind of makes it difficult o look at in the center. But overall pretty alright! Great for practice, so don't let the faults get you down.

It would probably very confusing for the dog. Dogs want to please humans and having it come on to you and others and then being turned down would prolly be distressing.
