Ehh that's no good, stress is a lot more taxing than people believe... last job had me so stressed that it was starting to physically effect me.
Thankfully though I was able to take a step back and now I'm at a better job with much higher pay and less work.
I blame myself for my situation more than anything, worked a 12 hour shift then went out with friends all day, slept an hour and am now in my last shift for a few days. Tomorrow I'll sleep but then I'm gonna go drive like 2 hours away and see family so I kinda overbooked myself...

I understand the situation though, it's exactly how I felt... I'm lucky that I got forced into changing things because I had accepted the stress as part of the job. Now I look at it and wonder what I was thinking.
