If you're depressed because you're not meeting women/making new friends, gtfo off the computer and go outside. Get into volunteer work, pick up a or get back into a hobby, do anything that involves you being outside away from your computer and involved with other people. This is can be hard after college but it's possible.

If you're not doing anything productive watch informative videos on youtube. Quantum mechanics, docs on rare or interesting animals, whatever. At least it'll give you something to talk about unlike watching people play computer games.

Solid except I don't recommend watching porn. Use your fantasy instead. Use pictures on a rare occasion. When I was watching porn on regular I could tell it was affecting my everything sex related.
