Yeah me too. Newly single. I cooked a curry. Made ghee for the first time. Not sure I got it clear enough, but the end result curry is great. Also drank a beer and a bottle of wine. Apparently you don't feel drunk so much on your own, it's a social thing, you feel more drunk with mates. I'm aware my hands aren't typing quite so well but my head feels fairly clear. Bit annoying, I don't do other drugs, would like to get blasted occasionally.

Oh yeah, I can play and have a few guitars, but actually having the discipline to practice is another thing. Yea Forums and youtube take up too much time.

Never made or even tasted curry before. How is it? Yeah wine gives me a headache now. Never used too. I’m a whiskey guy myself. And I can relate to what you said haha

what's up user? today i de-escalated a situation. a crazy old dude was lunging at a lady with his fist cocked like he was going to take a swing, he was shouting at her, mental shit. it bothered me that everyone's first reaction was to take a big step back. I got in the middle and just waved my arms around to take his attention. now that i write this it sounds just as mental. but it worked.

Man, you've never had a curry? Wild. Can't imagine you're in the UK then, it's practically our national dish now. In the US, Indian restaurants tend to be a bit more upmarket. Worth trying though. Curry is hot like a chilli dish, but with darker, denser spices, difficult to describe tastes. Some are milder, and creamy, and with coconut. Some of the vegetarian dishes are fantastic if you find a dedicated Indian vegetarian restaurant, and I'm not vegetarian. Great variety, something for everyone in Indian cooking. Tomorrow, to go with the curry I cooked tonight, they're often better the day after, I'm going to make banana boli which are banana slices fried in a spiced chick pea flour batter.
