I'm hunting, just because it's entertaining.
That pizza pox is Telepizza which is based out of Spain. They have some shops here and there, but based off of the floring patter (which is common in Spain) I would say she's from there, or Neighboring france.
She is a girl scout troop head. I'm trying to figure out where the patch originates from, but the hunt for simple images has proven to be horrid.
