What are you doing that's setting off the suspicious activity switch? Are you using your own IP or a proxy? Facebook knows a lot of the proxy IP's and will flag them immediately.
Also, after your account has been set up, if you start randomly adding people you and they reject your fr req a lot, you'll get flagged.
