The other day I found out I had a cluster of pimples on my junk and I have no idea how they got there. I’m sexually active but the girls I’ve been with haven’t given me issues before so I doubt it’s an STD. It’s hurts like hell but it doesn’t burn at all and I pee just fine. I still jack off but in quite a bit of pain.
Is there any other explanation and how can I go about taking care of it myself without going to the doctor.
Perhaps they are infected hair follicles?
I was reading online and I read about that and also maybe tight fitting clothes could do it as well. I just don’t know how they all showed up at once.

When did you first notice the pain, and when did you first notice the lesions?
I noticed both maybe about 2-3 days ago. The pain just came out of nowhere.
But let’s say I’m jacking off, it only feels like it does when I touch a pimple or something. Except there’s a lot of them.
Might be a fungus infection. Should get it looked at by a professional though

At this point, they look like they used to be vesicular (fluid filled), and are beginning to scab over. That is suggestive of Herpes Simplex 2, given your sexual history.
Outbreaks may not be obvious on your partner, maybe they got it a long time ago, maybe recently. A free clinic can help out. They will prescribe Acyclovir or Valacyclovir to make the symptoms go away faster.
Unfortunately, if this indeed herpes, its going to stay dormant and never go away. There is no cure.
I only have sex with the same (clean) girls and haven’t had this issue til recently so I’m hoping to god it’s not Herpes but I’ll get it checked out.

Maybe you're right, but I wouldn't take their word for it if they just say they are clean.
