you dont get warts on feet you get verrucas its not a wart / verruca theres no visable blood vessels that show up as small spots. also if it was a benign tumor it wouldn't be that massive,
seek medical expertise as quickly as possible OP looks like an abscess to me but i don't know could just be a massive ball of pus under the skin which would indicate a nasty infection. Antibiotics should help
press it gently. If it hurts it's an infection
if it dosen't it could be a form of cancer maybe skin cancer looks mild if it is like i said seek med asap
